Postage and packing is £4.95 for utensils or £9.95 for orders that include tableware items regardless of the order quantity. Delivery is usually to the UK only and stock items will be delivered within one month (on the rare occassion that an item is out of stock you will be notified via email).

returns - You can return any items you are not happy with (unused) within 28 days and a refund will be made. Please attach the correct postage and keep the certificate of posting.
